
We celebrated "Thankfulness" in the November Grade School Assembly as well as an array of other academic and character building successes. Mia Kleffman was voted on by the staff as the Student of the Month for her thankful heart! Mrs. Dale and Miss Tolsen were awarded the award for going "Above and Beyond" for our students. Jove Thompson, Paisley Sears, Reilynn Williams, Keilan Meadows, Zayden Hollis, Yamely Torres, and Mikaelee Keuhler all received classroom awards. Congratulations on your successes!

$12 for an all week pass available at the gate.

Dad's and community members needed to volunteer to help cook for the Annual Pancake Supper Wednesday, December 6th from 5-7 pm.
Location: School Lunch Room. The freewill donation funds the Christmas Candy distributed at the Moscow School Christmas Program.
This is a wonderful tradition that Moscow has, for it to continue, we need your monetary support as well as cooking and preparing the meal.
The menu is: pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee and tea.

We are so pleased to have a new Ag teacher on staff. Please welcome to USD 209, Miss Linda McBay, a native of Texas, who has just recently made Kansas her home.

Vaping is an every growing problem that is difficult to understand and know what to look for. Moscow Jr/Sr High would like to invite students, parents, and other community members to come listen to Oney Trujillo talk about vaping and the issues surrounding vaping.


Congratulation to the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders for competing in the Rolla Invitational Science Fair. Everyone came home with a medal. Outstanding! Carson Thornhill, Ana Fuentes, and Gwen Leija won first place in their division as well as overall 3rd place project! Moscow is very proud of all of you!

November 30th at 6:30 pm we will have a guest speaker at the high school to visit with parents, teachers, and students about the dangers of vaping.

The January 4th games for HS and JH are being moved to January 30th and will be at Yarbrough.
The home HS game scheduled for January 30th is being cancelled.

A GREAT BIG "THANK YOU" to students, staff, community members, and everybody else who helped make STUCO/Moscow Jr/SR High Food Drive a great success. It is estimated about 500 food items will be donated to Project Hope.
